Company formed in 2011 and partnered with Korean S&T Motiv (formerly Daewoo Industries) to import and market the LH Series 9mm pistols, based on the military K5/DP-51 design. The first regular imports of the LH9 began in December 2012. In 2015, the company began developing U.S.-made models, starting with the Regulus platform, and in 2020 underwent a change in ownership with operations relocating to Winder, Georgia, where it later introduced the Vulcan 9. Lionheart Industries permanently ceased operations and closed its doors on December 15, 2025, after announcing the decision earlier that year.
