Analysis

This 9mm semi-automatic pistol offers a compact design that appeals to those seeking a concealable firearm without sacrificing performance. Its accuracy is commendable, especially at close to medium ranges, thanks to a well-balanced frame and a crisp trigger pull averaging around 5 pounds, which aids in precise shot placement. Ergonomically, the grip fits comfortably in most hands, promoting a natural point of aim. Reliability is another strength, with consistent cycling during extended range sessions under various conditions. However, felt recoil is somewhat pronounced for a pistol of this size, potentially affecting follow-up shots for less experienced shooters. On the downside, maintenance can be cumbersome due to a complex disassembly process, and sourcing replacement parts may pose challenges due to limited availability. This firearm suits users prioritizing compactness and dependability, though it may not be ideal for those unaccustomed to managing sharper recoil.

Machining, fit and finish rivals the best production pistols on the market. The felt recoil impulse is smooth and easily controlled, the accuracy is as good as it gets with the short sight radius at distance. At fifty feet it is very simple to keep everything inside of an eight-inch circle while shooting at moderate speeds. At twenty-one feet or closer rapid shots stay on notebook sized paper. Magazine loading is a bit strange at first but the extractor claws function flawlessly. Two very minor negatives for me, the rose wood grips are beautiful to behold but a bit too thick for total comfort for my average sized hands and I will be replacing them with the thinner plastic grips. My second issue is with the beautifully smooth but slightly broad five-pound double action trigger itself, I wish it was a little thinner. That being said these are my issues and not at all a drawback for most people. This pistol is a solid five in almost every way for me and well worth the sales price.
