About the Gun

Functionally the same as the TP9SF Elite model with all its features, but with the addition of a unique ambidextrous manual trigger safety lever mounted at the bottom of the trigger guard. When engaged it restricts any rearward movement of the trigger regardless of the position of the Glock-style trigger safety, and must be manually disengaged in order to fire the gun.

Analysis

This 9mm pistol offers a compelling package for shooters seeking a reliable duty or range firearm. Its accuracy is commendable, delivering consistent groupings at moderate distances thanks to a well-designed barrel and sight system. The ergonomics are a strong point, with a grip that accommodates various hand sizes and intuitive control placement, enhancing user comfort during extended sessions. Reliability is solid, functioning smoothly across diverse ammunition types with minimal malfunctions in testing. The trigger pull is crisp, averaging around 4.5 pounds, providing a predictable break that aids precision. Felt recoil is manageable, even during rapid fire, due to effective weight distribution. However, maintenance can be somewhat cumbersome, requiring more effort for disassembly than some competitors. Parts availability may also pose challenges for repairs or customization. Additionally, some users might find the grip texture overly aggressive for prolonged use.
