Analysis

This 9mm semi-automatic pistol offers a solid option for shooters seeking a reliable and accurate firearm. Its design prioritizes ergonomics, with a grip that accommodates various hand sizes, ensuring a comfortable and secure hold during extended range sessions. Accuracy is commendable, delivering consistent performance in both casual and precision shooting scenarios. The trigger pull is smooth, with a predictable break that aids in maintaining control, while the felt recoil is moderate, making it manageable for most users, even during rapid fire. On the downside, maintenance can be somewhat cumbersome due to a complex disassembly process, which may frustrate less experienced owners. Additionally, sourcing replacement parts can pose challenges, potentially leading to delays in repairs. While the overall build quality is dependable, some users might find the weight a bit heavy for concealed carry purposes. This pistol suits a broad range of shooters but requires consideration of these practical aspects.

Love my K2P.
By Echoate on 16 Feb 2020
Had my K2P 9mm for a few years now as well. Comfortable to shoot, pretty accurate. No issues except my extractor broke. I have only 100 rds through it, bought it second-hand from a friend who used it as a duty/work sidearm. He had about 1000 rounds through it from new. Have to contact EAA SAR about a replacement part. Recommend this pistol to anyone looking for budget reliable firearm.

I have had my SAR KP2 for a couple years now. Very nice solid gun. About 1000 rounds thru it and not one single issue.

What you research is real

Do research pretty much anywhere, and you can see how amazing this tool is. Zero reported failures, comfortable ergonomics. One thing people judge a firearm on is price point. These pistols were only made in 2013. Sooner or later, they will be so rare it'll be 1000 to get one, and still so good they replace higher end pistols for people's EDC.

Wow.

For an under $300 semi this one sweet gun. To hold one but not know the price, you guess $500. As far as reliability, I have put about 1,000 rounds through mine, not one hiccup. My son-in-law liked mine so much that he bought one and has not had an issue in 2,000 rounds. Starting to get hard to find as they were only built in 2013 but the SAR C6M is the gen of the K2P. Just a few cosmetic changes.
