Analysis

This .38 Super caliber competition pistol offers notable precision, thanks to its well-engineered barrel and tight tolerances, making it a solid choice for target shooting. The ergonomic grip design provides a comfortable and secure hold, aiding in consistent shot placement, especially during extended sessions. Reliability is another strong point, with consistent performance under various conditions when properly maintained. However, maintenance can be demanding, requiring regular attention to keep it functioning optimally. Parts availability may pose a challenge, as some components are less common and could delay repairs. The trigger pull is crisp, with a clean break at around 3.5 pounds, enhancing control. Felt recoil is moderate for the caliber, manageable for most shooters with proper technique, though less experienced users might find it somewhat sharp. Overall, it’s a capable option for dedicated shooters willing to invest in upkeep.
