Analysis

This 9mm semi-automatic pistol offers a solid option for shooters seeking a budget-friendly firearm with dependable performance. Its accuracy is commendable, delivering consistent groupings at typical defensive ranges, while the ergonomic grip design accommodates a variety of hand sizes, enhancing control during use. Reliability is a strong point, with the pistol cycling smoothly through various ammunition types during testing, even under less-than-ideal conditions. The trigger pull, averaging around 5.5 pounds in single action, feels crisp and predictable, though the double-action pull is noticeably heavier. Felt recoil is moderate, manageable for most users with proper grip technique. On the downside, maintenance can be cumbersome due to a somewhat complex disassembly process, and sourcing replacement parts may pose challenges for owners in certain regions. Additionally, some shooters might find the overall build quality lacking compared to higher-end alternatives.

Purchased mine in 2004 and fired more than 1000 rouds. I replaced the bulky grips with TT-30 grips to make it thin and easy to conceal.
