Analysis

This 9mm compact pistol offers a solid option for concealed carry and personal defense. Its accuracy is commendable for its class, delivering consistent performance at typical self-defense ranges. The ergonomic design ensures a comfortable grip for most hand sizes, aiding in control during rapid fire. Reliability is a key strength, with the firearm functioning well across various ammunition types and conditions. However, maintenance can be somewhat cumbersome, requiring more effort than some comparable models to disassemble and clean. Availability of aftermarket parts or upgrades may also be limited, potentially frustrating users seeking customization. The trigger pull is crisp, averaging around 5.5 pounds, which suits many shooters, though some might prefer a lighter option. Felt recoil is moderate, manageable for experienced users but possibly sharp for novices, especially during extended range sessions. Overall, it’s a practical choice with a few considerations.

In my EDC rotation

A very nice, little, no frills, concealable handgun. Just drop it in the cargo shorts pocket and it's always there. It's a bit snappy, but not too bad. Shoots straight and true. Everything you (I) need and nothing you (I) don't. Am considering getting the lighter recoil spring. The slide is tighter 'n the gates of Hell. My wife couldn't even rack it.

Good Daily Carry Self Defence Handgun
By Pandaman on 03 May 2023
One of my favorite firearms I have ever owned. Not too light, but has enough weight to mitigate recoil for average shooters. Dead accurate out of the box at 25 yards, good grouping at 50yrds. Field stripping for cleaning is easy, just push down a covering plate, move slide a fraction of a inch to take the weight of the slide spring off and push the pin out, and off comes the slide. Pros: Accurate, light, compact, easy to conceal Cons: Surprisingly louder than other 9mm pistols due to the inspection port (I believe is the cause)
