Analysis

This .22 LR semi-automatic pistol offers a compelling package for shooters seeking a lightweight, versatile firearm for training or casual plinking. Its accuracy is commendable, delivering consistent groupings at typical range distances, making it a solid choice for skill-building. The ergonomic design ensures a comfortable grip for a wide range of hand sizes, enhancing control during extended sessions. Reliability is another strong point, with the pistol cycling most ammunition types without frequent malfunctions. The trigger pull is smooth and predictable, averaging around 5 pounds, which aids in maintaining precision. Felt recoil is minimal, as expected from the caliber, ensuring a pleasant shooting experience. However, maintenance can be somewhat cumbersome due to intricate disassembly processes. Additionally, sourcing replacement parts may pose challenges for some users. While it suits beginners and seasoned shooters alike, those prioritizing ease of upkeep might find it less ideal.

Shot 300 rounds of three different types of 22lr ammo. 100% reliability. Good accuracy. Minimal recoil as expected. Going with CCI Mini-Mag HP for self defense ammo. Only caliber the wife can shoot accurately at this point...so it is what it is. Take down is different from your standard locked breech pistols, but it ain't that complicated. Two 10 round magazines both fed as designed. Paid less than $300 so it's a good value. Grip size and trigger reach are good for small hands. Love the decocker and the DA/SA trigger. Very happy with this firearm. Highly recommend.

Wonderful gun

Bought this gun about 5 years ago. I did extensive research on 22s. It was down to the Ruger SR22 and the Walther P22. Looking back, they would both be a good choice. During the first 200 or so rounds, had a few FTE and stovepipes, but since then not ONE glitch of any kind other than ammo. Well over 4000 rounds. The biggest thing about this gun is that it is perfect for a first time woman or child to learn on. It's also a lot of fun and cheap to shoot.
