Analysis

The P226 XCARRY LEGION combines the compact slide and barrel of the XCarry design with the premium upgrades of the Legion program. It offers improved concealability and faster draw compared with the full-size P226 while retaining a full-size grip for better control and higher magazine capacity. The Legion gray PVD finish on the slide and Legion gray Cerakote finish on the frame provide both extreme hardness and excellent corrosion resistance. Enhanced ergonomics and an optics-ready slide make it suitable for both concealed carry and duty use. Introduced in the late 2010s, it represents SIG Sauer’s modern approach to a compact, high-performance P226 for shooters seeking Legion features in a more concealable package.
