Analysis

This 9mm semi-automatic pistol is a well-regarded option for both novice and experienced shooters due to its solid performance across several key areas. Its accuracy is commendable, delivering consistent groupings at moderate ranges, while the ergonomic design ensures a comfortable grip for most hand sizes, aiding in control during extended use. Reliability is a strong suit, with the firearm functioning smoothly under various conditions with minimal malfunctions when properly maintained. However, maintenance can be somewhat demanding, requiring regular attention to prevent wear on critical components. Availability of replacement parts may also pose a challenge for some users, potentially leading to delays in repairs. The trigger pull is crisp, averaging around 5.5 pounds in single-action mode, which enhances precision. Felt recoil is moderate, manageable for most shooters, though those sensitive to kick might notice it during rapid fire sequences.

Exceptional West German Engineering

My P228 was made in 1990 high precision manufacturing from West Germany. A classic handgun that is timeless in design. The trigger is smooth and crisp @ 10# in DA, 4# in SA.
