The P250 is a unique modular firearm design. This chassis-like frame contains the trigger assembly and is the serialized part of the gun. The frame rests inside a polymer grip with the serial number showing through a window on the right side. In order to change the dimensions of the grip, you simply insert the modular frame into an entirely new polymer grip assembly.

Analysis

This compact pistol in .357 caliber offers a solid balance of performance and portability for shooters seeking a powerful yet manageable firearm. Its accuracy is commendable, delivering consistent groupings at moderate ranges, while the ergonomic design ensures a comfortable grip for most hand sizes, aiding in control during rapid fire. Reliability is a strong suit, with the firearm functioning well under varied conditions when properly maintained. However, maintenance can be somewhat demanding, requiring regular attention to keep it in optimal condition. Availability of replacement parts may pose a challenge, potentially delaying repairs. The trigger pull is crisp, averaging around 5.5 pounds in double-action, which many users find suitable for both precision and defensive scenarios. Felt recoil is noticeable due to the potent caliber, which could be a consideration for shooters sensitive to kick or those with less experience handling high-energy rounds.
