Analysis

This 9mm compact pistol offers a solid choice for concealed carry and personal defense. Its accuracy is commendable, delivering consistent groupings at typical engagement distances, thanks to a well-designed barrel and sight system. The ergonomics are thoughtfully crafted, with a grip that accommodates a variety of hand sizes, ensuring a secure hold during operation. Reliability is a strong point, as it performs well under diverse conditions with minimal malfunctions when properly maintained. However, maintenance can be somewhat involved, requiring attention to detail for disassembly and cleaning. Availability of replacement parts may pose challenges in some regions, potentially delaying repairs. The trigger pull is crisp, averaging around 5.5 pounds, which aids in precision shooting, though some users might find it slightly heavy for rapid follow-up shots. Felt recoil is moderate, manageable for most shooters, but those sensitive to kick may need adjustment time.

I Have This Pistol

I wanted a small, reliable, TRUE DAO (not Kahr) 9mm pocket pistol & this was the only choice. But a great one. I hear it's discontinued for 2018. It replaced my Ruger LCR 38 as my everyday carry gun.
