About the Gun

Sig's AXG series features a steel frame insert in a metal alloy grip frame. Variants include the AXG Classic, Equinox, Scorpion and PRO models. The Classic, Equinox and Scorpion combine the slide of a SIG P320 Compact with a Carry grip module. The Scorpion and Cerakote models feature a skeletonized flat trigger. The PRO model features a full length lightening cut slide, detachable AXG magwell and XSERIES flat trigger. All models have an accessory rail and are optics-ready.

Production

Production of this classic model with a black anodized alloy frame and checkered walnut grip began in early 2021. It continues to be manufactured as part of the lineup, with ongoing availability through authorized dealers as of the latest updates.
