About the Gun

The P320 Full Size is a full-size, striker-fired polymer pistol that pairs a full-length slide and barrel with a full-size grip module. This configuration provides the longest sight radius and highest standard magazine capacity within the core P320 size offerings. It features a Nitron-finished stainless steel slide on most examples, an accessory rail, and was originally offered with contrast or SIGLITE night sights (later versions added optic-ready slides). The model was produced in 9mm, .40 S&W, .357 SIG, and .45 ACP.

MSRP is around $550–$650. Current used market value for examples in good to very good condition ranges $350–$500.

Analysis

SIG introduced the Full Size as the duty-oriented foundation of the P320 platform when the series launched commercially. Its longer slide and full-size grip module were intended to deliver maximum control, capacity, and sight radius for service and defensive use. The early multi-caliber approach reflected the modular design’s flexibility, allowing the same fire-control unit to support 9mm, .40 S&W, .357 SIG, and later .45 Auto. Over time the lineup narrowed, with .40 S&W, 357 SIG and .45 Auto being discontinued, leaving 9mm as the primary ongoing caliber. Concurrently the classic non-optic 9mm model transitioned to an optics-ready slide, aligning the Full Size with broader market demand for red-dot capability. It remains the baseline full-size configuration in the P320 family.
