About the Gun

The P320 Spectre Comp is a full-size, striker-fired polymer pistol from SIG Custom Works built around an integrally compensated slide. It uses an X-Series grip module with a TXG tungsten-infused polymer frame for added weight and reduced muzzle rise, paired with a skeletonized flat-faced trigger. The slide is optic-ready and features lightening cuts. The original version and the later Blackout variant share the same core configuration; the Blackout differs primarily in its Cerakote Elite Series Blackout finish and lasered stippling on the grip module.

Analysis

SIG Custom Works introduced the Spectre Comp in 2022 to bring a factory-compensated, feature-rich option to the polymer P320 lineup. The integrated compensator and weighted TXG grip module were intended to deliver reduced recoil and faster follow-up shots without requiring aftermarket slide work. The model sits in the upper tier of the Custom Works polymer offerings, combining competition-oriented features with a carry-capable full-size package. The Blackout variant, introduced around 2023, retains the same mechanical design while updating the cosmetic presentation with a darker Cerakote finish and custom laser stippling. Together the two versions represent SIG’s effort to offer a ready-to-run compensated P320 directly from the factory.
