About the Gun

The P365-XMACRO is a compact, striker-fired polymer pistol built around the longer Macro grip module. It pairs that grip with a full-length, non-compensated optics-ready slide and a longer barrel. The grip module includes a standard 1913 accessory rail and interchangeable backstraps. It is offered with or without an ambidextrous manual safety. XRAY3 day/night sights are standard, and the model uses high-capacity magazines compatible with the broader P365 family.

Analysis

SIG introduced the non-compensated XMACRO after the original compensated version to give shooters the same high-capacity Macro grip and optics-ready slide without the integral compensator. The longer barrel and unported slide suit users who prefer traditional ballistics, suppressor use, or simply do not want a compensated system. Availability with or without a manual safety follows the same pattern as other P365 models. The XMACRO established the higher-capacity direction of the P365 line and remains a core compact option between the XL and later specialized variants such as the TACOPS and AXG Legion.
