Analysis

SIG introduced the Emperor Scorpion as a distinctive FDE-finished package within the P938 line, pairing the metal-frame single-action micro-compact platform with a desert-toned appearance and aggressive G10 grips. The later threaded-barrel version extended the model for suppressor use while retaining the same core design. Like most of the cosmetic P938 variants, the Emperor Scorpion occupied a niche between basic Nitron models and the higher-end Legion package. As the polymer P365 series came to dominate the micro-compact market, the TB configuration was discontinued while the standard Emperor Scorpion continued in more limited availability.
