Analysis

This 9mm compact pistol offers a solid option for concealed carry and personal defense. Its accuracy is commendable for a firearm in this class, delivering consistent performance at typical self-defense ranges. The ergonomics are well-thought-out, with a grip that accommodates a variety of hand sizes, providing a secure hold during operation. Reliability is a strong point, as it functions smoothly with a range of ammunition under standard conditions. However, maintenance can be somewhat cumbersome due to the design of certain components, requiring extra effort for thorough cleaning. Availability of aftermarket parts and accessories may also be limited compared to more widely supported models, which could frustrate customization enthusiasts. The trigger pull is on the heavier side, averaging around 6 pounds, which might not suit all shooters. Additionally, felt recoil is moderate, manageable for most but noticeable during extended sessions.

You can't beat the G2c for price and reliability. It's also got great ergos. People fail to mention how good this feels in the hand. Plenty of extra features too such as memory pad.

Just put another 200 rounds thru it this week, 600 so far and not one hiccup ! Thirteen rounds center mass in less then 8 seconds works for me ! Considering the costs of weapons nowadays, it the best bang for my buck !!

Fantastic handgun for less than $300! I trust this gun I have 1000rds through it and have had only malfunctions I caused such as slide not locking to the rear due to me riding the slide release. Honestly if you are on a budget/fixed income and want a pistol for concealed carry or home defense you can't go wrong with the Taurus G2C.
