Cylinder lock up is in three places instead of two: cylinder stop and ejector rod collar for additional safety, strength and cylinder-to-barrel lock up.

Analysis

This compact revolver in .41 Remington Magnum offers a unique blend of power and portability for those seeking a potent defensive or backup firearm. Its accuracy is commendable for a snub-nose design, delivering consistent performance at close to medium ranges. The ergonomics are well-suited for most hand sizes, with a grip that facilitates control despite the cartridge’s significant energy. Reliability is a strong point, as the mechanism handles the robust caliber without frequent malfunctions under proper care. However, maintenance can be demanding, requiring diligent cleaning to prevent wear from the high-pressure rounds. Parts availability may pose challenges, as the caliber is less common, potentially delaying repairs. The trigger pull is notably heavy in double-action mode, which could affect speed for some users. Additionally, felt recoil is substantial, making follow-up shots slower and less comfortable for shooters unaccustomed to magnum calibers.

Top notch. I took a couple dozen deer with this caliber. A handloader's dream.
