Analysis

The Glock 48 MOS provides a longer sight radius and barrel than the G43X while retaining the narrow Slimline grip profile. The MOS slide preparation uses the traditional adapter-plate system for mounting compatible micro-optics. This configuration serves as the optics-ready slimline 9 mm offering alongside the G43X MOS. It is distinct from standard-frame models and from Gen6 or V-series pistols, which incorporate different ergonomic updates and optic systems. The slide marking reads simply “Glock 48” without a generational designation.
