Analysis

This revolver in .460 S&W Mag caliber is a formidable piece of engineering, designed for those seeking raw power in a handgun. Its accuracy is noteworthy, delivering tight groupings at extended ranges when handled with skill, thanks to a well-balanced frame and precise barrel alignment. The ergonomics cater to larger hands, offering a firm grip, though smaller-framed shooters may find it cumbersome. Reliability is a strong point, with consistent performance under demanding conditions. However, maintenance can be a challenge, as disassembly and cleaning require patience and familiarity due to its robust build. Parts availability is limited, which could pose issues for repairs. The trigger pull is crisp, averaging around 4 pounds in single action, providing good control. Felt recoil, however, is substantial, often jarring even for experienced users, necessitating proper technique to manage effectively. This firearm demands respect and deliberate handling.
