Excellent Sub-Compact

After about 10 years of diligently looking, I finally found one in the hard case and with all of the candy. It is as close to new condition as it could be. I paid $617.00 plus shipping on GunBroker. It has the usual fantastic fit and finish that one comes to expect with all IWI products. Everything is tight as a drum. The cold hammered forged, chrome lined, polygonal barrel, the steel slide, everything. No exceptions. Three dot iron sights, very nice 3.5-4 lbs./ft DA/SA trigger. It certainly has some heft to it, but that helps with recoil. It is quite pleasant to shoot. This was my first 9mm. I've always shot .40 S&W or .45. All of my pistols, by the way, are IWI. When I find something that I like, I tend to stick with it. I have six in various iterations plus a Magnum Research MR40 that just may be the best of the lot. Paid $285.00 for it when it was announced. They had a special introductory price for a very limited time. Even at the MSRP today, I find it to be an amazing value.
